Celebrate God Corporately - Gateway is a place “Where Faith and Fun Come Together.” When we come together in authentic corporate expressions of Worship, you will find our Community is Real and Genuine. We desire to lead people non-judgmentally into the presence of God. We will strive to pursue excellence in the areas of Relevant Teaching and Celebrating God and His GLORY as our primary goal.
Live in biblical community through small groups
Gateway is a place where people from all walks of life can find a place of belonging. We desire to “Connect People to God, Each Other and the World,” through small groups. We care for one another, encourage one another and challenge one another to deepen both our understanding of God and His mission for our lives to win our world to Himself. We are all that we have!
Offer healing to the hurting with the hope of recovery
Gateway is a place of HOPE. It is where the hurting, depressed, the frustrated, the confused, the addict, can find love expressed through Biblical truth, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance and encouragement on their journey toward recovery. We will celebrate changed lives as people experience freedom, taking appropriate steps on the path to the Savior!
Minister to the entire family
The Gateway Community is all about Family. We desire to come alongside of husbands and wives, strengthening the unit that God brought together. We will help parents WIN as spiritual leaders in their homes. We desire to recognize and minister to the different looks of home: Parents with Children; Single Parents; Young Adults; Seniors; Broken Homes. We want parents to pass on to their children an eternal legacy of significance as we serve God and Community together.
Share the Message of the gospel in every day life & spirit led events
Gateway will passionately pursue Great Commandment and Great Commission multiplication throughout the world, expanding the KINGDOM OF GOD. We will spread the GOOD NEWS of Jesus Christ and His CHURCH throughout the World according to Jesus’ strategic plan. We will encourage, equip and unleash each member to personal, local and global obedience to the command of Christ to “MAKE DISCIPLES” of all nations. Empowerment comes from being in community with others who share a commitment to responsible, informed action.
WHAT REQUIREMENTS ARE THERE FOR ‘BELONGING’ TO COMMUNITY?:
Accept Jesus Christ as personal savior and be in prayerful interaction with others who are already living in Biblical Community. Attend CLASS 101 – Welcome To The Family and sign the Community Covenant.
HOW ARE community members HELD ACCOUNTABLE?:
Gateway Church is self regulating. We keep each other accountable in loving relationships of mutual submission. Served by leadership, small groups, serving groups who take care of ‘one another.’ We have nothing but each other.
HOW ARE LEADERSHIP AND STAFF HELD ACCOUNTABLE?:
Leadership is ultimately held accountable by the church as a whole through Biblical Eldership. The Elder team holds the leadership accountable through oversight of the Lead Pastor. The Lead Pastor, in turn is responsible to give leadership to the staff and to hold them accountable through other capable leaders.
WHAT IS BIBLICAL COMMUNITY?:
Living Life in Biblical Community is getting to know personally the Written and the Living Word. The Church is the BODY of Christ. He is the HEAD and He is guiding us in the journey. Those living in Biblical Community enter into a TRINITY covenant with Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We commit ourselves to one another and to Christ and choose to willing and mutual submission.
WHY SHOULD I BE PART OF THis COMMUNITY?:
Committing yourselves to Christ and to others is what it means to be part of a church. Signing the Gateway Covenant to Community is a simple way of declaring that this commitment to Christ and His Church is, in fact, a serious reality in your life.
WHO IS THIS PARTNERSHIP IN COMMUNITY WITH?
ME AND GOD OR ME AND GATEWAY CHURCH?:
BOTH! As one people, we covenant with God. As a local expression of God’s Church, we covenant together with each other. This means we covenant together with each other and with God.
Our lives are shaped

As “i” look at my “Life”, I
find it helpful to break it
down into practical action steps, patterns, habits that deepen my relationship with Jesus as I journey down
life’s path. Our desire at Gateway Church is to take a close look at the plan Jesus gave us for taking the next steps in our spiritual journey.
WHAT IS THE MESSAGE:
Gateway Church has a long standing of being involved in personal, local and global mission. Each person is responsible for complete obedience to Jesus’ strategic plan. Each person has a sphere of influence in family and personal contacts that should gravitate to spiritual discussion and invitation. Our local
community is the area where God has placed our Biblical
Community. Our local community should look different because our Biblical Community penetrates our culture. Each local group living in Biblical Community should seek to obey the Command of Christ to “GO” into all the World and Make Disciples of ALL Nations. We will seek to do as much as we can, and all that we do, we will do well.
